Assembly Technician

Job Summary: The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and packing the finished product. They will be responsible for troubleshooting the assembly process and providing feedback to streamline the processes. This role involves working with small power and hand tools to assembly the product following detailed documentation and drawing. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components and products according to specifications and production drawings. Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on the assembly line. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Document production data, including output and quality metrics, as required. Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and ability to report issues to supervisors. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20 lbs) and stand and or sit for extended periods. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line work preferred. Knowledge of ESD handling precautions for sensitive electronic devices. Basic electronic knowledge & soldering is a plus, but not required.
