Although services are a bigger part of Apple’s business than ever before, these teams remain small, nimble, and cross-functional, offering greater exposure to the array of opportunities here.DescriptionApple Cloud Infrastructure team, as part of the Apple Services Engineering team, is seeking an extraordinary engineering program manager (EPM) that can help our compute team deliver innovative product solutions that will shape the future of large scale infrastructure at Apple.
We are building and supporting critical infrastructural systems and frameworks which provide and support services like Elastic compute, Container solutions like Kubernetes for Apple Cloud Infrastructure, which is the platform upon which many iCloud applications and other backend systems at Apple are built; they have huge scale.
You'll partner with a diverse set of teams across Apple to provide them with groundbreaking infrastructure for Storage that operate at substantial scale and use open source technologies along with proprietary systems.

Minimum Qualifications3+ years experience in software development project management in Infrastructure domains, preferably computePrior engineering, infrastructure experiencePreferred QualificationsExceptional organizational, project management, and technical acumenExperience managing Cloud and Infrastructure projects.Past experience with deployments to AWS / Kubernetes platforms is a plusExperience managing Cloud and Infrastructure projects.Past experience with containers/storage would be a plusAgile project experience with evidence and able to demonstrate knowledgeSCRUM background and/or played the role of a Scrum Master is plusExperience at prioritizing features, and technical road mapsProficiency and experience in delivering large scale infrastructure projectsSelf-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilitiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple simultaneous end to end infrastructure, technical projects and stakeholder community comprising of various engineering teams and their partnersExperience at end to end project delivery; building roadmaps through to operational sustainabilityStrong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organizationStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
