Graco was proud to be named a Best Place to Work in Manufacturing and Production by Fortune Magazine in 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021. The Director of Productivity and Collaboration Services will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, management, and continuous improvement of IT Service Desk, End User Computing, and Microsoft 365 services within the organization globally. This leadership role will ensure optimal productivity and collaboration technologies that support business operations, enhance user experience, and drive digital transformation. The Director of Productivity and Collaboration Services will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality IT support, improving end-user computing environments, and ensuring efficient use of collaboration platforms, particularly Microsoft 365.What You Will Do at Graco Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for IT Service Desk, End User Computing, and Microsoft 365 to align with Graco’s organizational goals.Lead the planning, implementation, and support of collaboration tools and productivity platforms.Provide leadership in the continual evaluation of emerging technologies and trends related to end-user computing and collaboration solutions.IT Service Desk ManagementOversee Graco’s global IT Service Desk operations, ensuring exceptional and timely technical support for all users and manage the managed service provider (MSP) responsible for the service.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for service desk functions.Ensure the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for end users and service desk staff.Lead efforts to enhance the user support experience through self-service, automation, and proactive IT support.End User ComputingDrive the strategy for end-user computing environments, including device management, configuration, and deployment.Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable desktop, laptop, and mobile device environments for users across the organization.Oversee endpoint management technologies, including patch management, operating system upgrades, and software deployments focusing on reducing risk to Graco.Promote a seamless and secure hybrid/remote work environment that supports flexible working styles.Microsoft 365 ManagementOversee the administration, optimization, and adoption of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.) and lead initiatives to drive collaboration and productivity through the effective use of Microsoft 365 tools and services.Ensure that Microsoft 365 environments meet organizational security, compliance, and governance standards.Collaborate with business units to customize and enhance the functionality of Microsoft 365 tools based on departmental needs.Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a key point of contact between IT and business stakeholders to understand and address collaboration and productivity needs.Engage with key stakeholders to ensure IT services align with business requirements and priorities.Serve as a trusted advisor on productivity tools, driving adoption and best practices within the organization.Team Leadership and Financial Management Lead, mentor, manage, and staff a Productivity and Collaboration team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a culture of excellence. Drive team performance by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities. Establish, manage, and be accountable for the annual budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with organizational strategic objectives. What You Will Bring to Graco Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Master’s degree in related field preferred.10+ years of experience IT experience, managing IT service desk, end-user computing, or collaboration technologies.Excellent leadership skills; 5+ years of team leadership experience preferred. Extensive experience managing IT Service Desk operations and related technologies.Proven track record with Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related applications.Strong knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including endpoint management solutions like Intune, SCCM, and mobile device management.Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance requirements within Microsoft 365 and end-user computing.Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and building strong relationships with business stakeholders.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
