Job Title: End User Compute AnalystLocation: On-Site – Downtown Houston, TX Job Type: Contract to hire Position Summary iSphere is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented End User Compute Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our IT team in downtown Houston. The ideal candidate will be critical in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our end-user computing environment, focusing on Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure technologies. This role requires on-site work and close collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments, including user accounts, groups, policies, and security permissions. Implement and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to effectively manage user and system settings. Office 365 Administration: Support and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Manage user access, email configurations, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 issues related to user productivity and performance. Azure Integration and Support: Assist in managing Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity and access management. Support the integration of on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring smooth hybrid connectivity. Monitor and maintain Azure-related services and configurations to ensure system health and performance. End-User Device Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Utilize tools like Microsoft Intune or SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and device compliance. Technical Support: Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for escalated end-user issues, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity problems. Offer timely and effective resolution for service desk tickets. Travel: Candidates must be willing to travel to East Texas several times a year. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: –3 years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or a related IT role. Strong expertise in Active Directory administration, including Group Policies and account management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and hybrid environments. Experience troubleshooting and supporting end-user devices in an enterprise environment. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM or other MDM/endpoint management tools. Familiarity with networking fundamentals and VPN troubleshooting. Understanding of Powershell
