CRNA's needed near Westwood, OH to start as soon as credentialed and work on-going. POS 3/day- 2-3 ORs (3rd OR is either OR or endo) Monday 1 MD (6 hrs), 2 CRNAs in 2 rooms, 7a-3p, medical direction; 1 Monday/month run 3 rooms (1 MD, 3 CRNAs), center closed 2 Mondays/month Tuesday 1 MD (10 hrs), 2 CRNAs in 2 rooms, 7a-3p, medical direction; 1 Tuesday/month run 3 rooms (1 MD, 3 CRNAs) Wednesday 2 CRNAs in 2 rooms, 1 float CRNA, 7a-4p Thursday 2 CRNAs in 3 rooms, 1 float CRNA, 7a-4p; every other Thursday run 3 rooms (3 CRNAs, 1 float CRNA) Friday 2 CRNAs in 2 rooms, 1 float CRNA, 7a-4p, 3 Fridays/month 3rd room by additional CRNA to cover urology (4 CRNAs total) Cases include: Orthopedic blocks, endoscopy, ENT, general surgery, major vascular, cataract, total joints, orthopedic, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology (total 4648 cases/yr) Docs will do blocks EMR SIS COMPLETE Credentialing timeline 45-60 days Shifts 8s & 9s $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
