Driver Dispatcher

Liberty Kenworth of Bristol is in search of a qualified candidate to oversee our daily parts deliveries.

This a full-time position. 7am to 4pm M-F. Overtime is available.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and dispatching parts delivery drivers to locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
• Pulling orders and loading delivery vehicles.
• Relaying information such as returns, collection of payment or other messages between drivers, sales associates and customers.
• Using telephones or text messages to contact drivers, sales associates and customers.
• Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.
• Keeping and organizing invoices, returns, inventory records and other information.
• Inventory organization.
• Tracking and scheduling all vehicle maintenance.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management, such as daily housekeeping.

Requirements

Desired Skills:

• Computer proficiency
• Phone and communication skills
• GPS navigation ability
• Customer service
• Proficiency in local navigation
• Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods

• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs (with proper equipment)

• Must be able to bend and twist with no limitation

• Must be able to step up onto delivery truck (min 2 feet)

• Must be able to pass a drug and or alcohol screen
