Liberty Kenworth of Bristol is in search of a qualified candidate to oversee our daily parts deliveries.
This a full-time position. 7am to 4pm M-F. Overtime is available.
Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and dispatching parts delivery drivers to locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs. Pulling orders and loading delivery vehicles. Relaying information such as returns, collection of payment or other messages between drivers, sales associates and customers. Using telephones or text messages to contact drivers, sales associates and customers. Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment. Keeping and organizing invoices, returns, inventory records and other information. Inventory organization. Tracking and scheduling all vehicle maintenance. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management, such as daily housekeeping. Requirements
Desired Skills:
Computer proficiency Phone and communication skills GPS navigation ability Customer service Proficiency in local navigation Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs (with proper equipment)
• Must be able to bend and twist with no limitation
• Must be able to step up onto delivery truck (min 2 feet)
• Must be able to pass a drug and or alcohol screen
All applicants must successfully complete pre-employment screenings to include: drug screen, agility screen, background and reference check.
