By joining our rapidly growing Risk Advisory practice you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You'll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery. As a Managing Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading projects, and developing junior team members.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive positive impacts through the design and execution of sound technology risk programs, including IT governance, risks, and compliance; cybersecurity, cloud, privacy, third party risk management, data, and resiliency.

What You'll Do:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' technology landscapes, processes, and associated risks, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
    • Lead and conduct program and control-level audits, assessments, and technical testing, generate findings and recommendations, and produce deliverables that offer actionable insights to clients
    • Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects, including engagement planning, budget development, progress monitoring, and quality control of deliverables
    • Provide excellent client service and develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and project teams, understanding their business needs, and delivering responsive and high-quality service
    • Identify key industry developments and trends and articulate the potential impact on clients
    • Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues


What You'll Bring:
    • 5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
    • Strong technical and analytical skills across IT audit, IT controls, cybersecurity, cloud, and/or emerging technologies
    • Excellent written and verbal communications and analytical thinking skills
    • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues


Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • Active holder of (or planned pursuit of) professional certification such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
    • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% - 30% (travel varies based on client preferences)
    • Ability to participate in a hybrid office environment (be present in the office or on client site 3 days a week)


$114,199 - $238,400 a year

For applicants located in Seattle, Washington & California, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $114,199 - $238,400 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
