Job Summary

The Commercial Inside Account Executive - Development will focus on acquiring new customers for SHI across a named account list by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into Commercial accounts. Working with our Sales Leadership, Internal Support, and Strategic Development Teams, the Cmcrl Inside Account Executive - Development will be enabled to position SHI's Innovative Solutions and World Class Support to their target customer list.

This position is required to report to the Austin, TX location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but not limited to:
  • Develop new customers using targeted sales techniques; including, Cold Calling, Emailing, and Customer Meetings
  • Drive account growth by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new Commercial accounts
  • Continually meet or exceed Managed Business Objectives by selling company products, solutions, and services to new Commercial customers
  • Update IT standards and contact profile information in CRM
  • Position SHI's Portfolio of Products, Solutions, Services and Capabilities
  • Identify, Create, Develop and Manage Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline and Sales Management Platform
  • Understand Customer's Business Objectives, IT Priorities, and Initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Strategic Relationships with customers and partner contacts
  • Quote and place orders based on customer requests
  • Collaborate with Pre and Post Sales Internal Support Teams
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
  • Attend product and sales trainings as required


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree (College/University)
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have successfully completed all Corp Inside Sales Onboarding curriculum and training requirements as outlined by management

Unique Requirements

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
