Job Summary

The Enterprise Inside Account Executive - Acquisition will focus on acquiring new customers for SHI across a named account list by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into Enterprise accounts. Working with our Sales Leadership and Internal Support, the Enterprise Inside Account Executive - Acquisition will be enabled to position SHI's Innovative Solutions and World Class Support to their target customer list.

This position is required to report to the Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop new customers using targeted sales techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and customer meetings
  • Drive account growth by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new Enterprise accounts
  • Continually meet or exceed Managed Business Objectives (MBOs) by selling company products, solutions, and services to new Enterprise customers
  • Update IT standards and contact profile information within the internal customer relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Position SHI's portfolio of products, solutions, services, and capabilities
  • Identify, create, develop, and manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and sales management platform
  • Understand customer's business objectives, IT priorities, and initiatives
  • Quote and place orders based on customer requests
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales and post-sales support teams
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
  • Attend product and sales trainings as required


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree (College/University)
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools: Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Passion for customer outreach and delivering a personalized customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a Sales role preferred

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
