The Director of Digital Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and implementing LRS's digital marketing efforts. The Director will set and manage the direction of brand growth through customer engagement and digital marketing initiatives.

Reports To

Senior Director of Marketing

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Provide strategic digital education to internal stakeholders about digital marketing topics such as social media, website strategy, campaign execution, paid advertising, and more.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, email, and websites. Create, measure, analyze, and optimize marketing-related content performance in various digital communication channels, providing insights and key learnings to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Develop campaign success metrics and track performance against goals. Analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and engagement through innovative digital marketing tactics.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to plan and anticipate challenges, manage resources, bring teams together, and maintain timelines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively to drive brand growth and engagement.
