Summary
  • This position manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. This position demonstrates knowledge of project management PMBOK, SDLC and basic knowledge of project management with experience managing medium to large projects. This position is responsible for cost management, communication management, schedule management and risk management. This position manages invoices, purchase orders and contracts/statements of work.
  • This position reports to the Vice President of the Assigned Area and is employed by Mosaic Health Systems.

Duties
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of project management PMBOK methodology and SDLC and basic knowledge of project management with experience managing medium to large project size
  • Works with project owner to ensure scope is explicitly defined and documented and maintains integrity of scope
  • Responsible for all aspects of cost management, including estimating, funding, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and reporting.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders and contracts statements of work.
  • Establishes and executes a project communication plan, meeting facilitation; presentation and delivery
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience and formal project management training required.
  • PMP - Project Mgmt Professional certification required within 1 year.
  • 5 years project management experience, Recent experience in managing projects of medium to large project size with medium to high complexity, Proven experience managing medium to large project teams, Previous experience managing / controlling project budgets between $500K - $2M, Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with C - level sponsors and Ability to use various computer software proficiently including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project required.
