You'll be responsible for aligning with key leaders and their business units; the incumbent must have a strong understanding of the business environment and objectives and HR's role in helping employees and leaders reach those goals. Strong relationship building, collaboration and driving and inspiring an engaged culture are critical to success. In this role will need to be seen as and operate as a trusted coach, consultant, and mentor who uses innovative and pragmatic approaches to problem solve and advise through a broad range of human capital needs including Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Facilitation.

Responsibilities
- Provide business partnership to staff officers and executives focusing on performance management, leadership development, talent management, succession planning and conflict management
- Lead fleet HR data initiatives and analysis to drive recommendations, decision making and execution in support of client groups and to drive overall provision of people partnering service to the fleet
- Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively, safely and scale efficiently as it grows
- Develop programs to increase employee engagement, provide change leadership, talent development, career & succession planning, retention and supporting process improvements
- Partner with members of the People Team and other cross-functional teams across the areas of Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, and Benefits to ensure alignment on communications, projects and best practices. Focus on health of the HR establishment and support overall recruitment initiatives for both brands
- Evaluates inputs to determine possible systemic issues. Implements suggested changes by gathering resources and influencing organizational change. May investigate complex and unique employee relations issues and ensures appropriate disposition
- Represents the People Team (HR) perspective in both formal and informal settings to communicate HR information and initiatives. Influences management decision-making to ensure business success through people and processes. Implements people practices within a work group or organization. Works with organizations to execute long- and short-term strategies involving people policies (diversity, employee engagement, divestitures)
- Actively addresses issues that may impact a larger population and require intervention or process improvements. Suggests necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure that employee perspectives are considered. Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives
- Serves as a role model for company values. Fosters a positive work environment by exemplifying core values every day. Assists senior management in communicating the company's culture in a consistent manner and directing it towards improved business results
- Engages consistently with our "Culture Essentials" to foster an environment of open communication, trust and respect, where taking reasonable risks and accepting disappointments serves as learning opportunities

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- 6-10 years of Human Resources experience
- 5+ years of experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience and experience driving programs independently
- Demonstrated analytical and data management experience with experience translating data into action planning
- Must possess strong skills/experience in business partnering
- Effective business acumen skills and abilities that will allow the quick grasp, immersion and understanding of business issues, needs and imperatives
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change
- Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org dev. experience
- Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed
- Ability to analyze HR metrics for use in developing goals and driving key business strategies and objectives
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance
- Interpersonal and communication experience and building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Able to travel 25% (2 to 3 times per year) internationally

- Base Salary Range: $92,600 to $125,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
