Locum Anesthesiologist New York Details: * Location: New York - Finger Lakes Region * Duration: April ongoing Locum coverage 3-4 months (option to extend) * Schedule: Full-time preferred, 2-4 weeks per month * Shift: Monday Friday, 10 hr. preferred (may consider 8 or 12 hr. shifts) + Required call * Weeknight call: 7p-7a, depending on schedule that day. Call 1:4-1:6 * Weekend call: Fri 7p-Sat 7a, Sat-Sun 7a-7a, 24 hr. call shifts * 1st call: On-site - Provider does not leave hospital until all epidurals are removed. * 2nd call: Not onsite. Low call volume on weekends * Scope: General Anesthesia, OB, Epidurals, routine regional blocks * Patient volume: Day shifts average 5-7 per day * EMR: Meditech * Hospital: Acute Care Hospital, Non Trauma, 193 beds. 5-7 open OR s. * Group: 1-2 Anes MD/DO. CRNAs available to assist.
