Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our hospitality sales team. The successful candidate will initiate and manage outreach efforts to generate high-quality contract sales leads for our in-house services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute INSPIRE's comprehensive lead-generation strategies to meet or exceed established targets.
  • Develop and deliver compelling outreach messages via email, phone, social media, and networking events to engage potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and understand target audiences, tailoring lead-generation efforts accordingly.
  • Optimize lead generation processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, and database management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the hospitality sales team, to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
  • Analyze lead generation data and metrics to refine strategies and enhance conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative lead-generation techniques.
  • Generate detailed reports on lead generation performance for regular internal stakeholder updates.
