We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Head of Subscription Sales, iFIT Commercial.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Head of Subscription Sales, iFIT Commercial.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Achieve incremental sub revenue and new subscriber count Commercial channel
- Marketplace partners
- New Vendor partnerships
- Partner with Territory Managers to sign up existing and new partners
- Develop a simple and unique "offer" - display that online via a website, social media campaign, ad campaign and CRM campaign
- Develop a robust lead generation program
- Oversee the "iFIT ecosystem" strategy for the Freemotion brand, focused on breaking down the four walls of traditional fitness facilities by embracing iFIT digital on iFIT-enabled Freemotion products
- Business Development, creation, and definition of iFIT Partnership strategy and offering
- Hold meetings with potential customers/partners to review iFIT partnership offerings, facilitate the sales process through agreement and program launch
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of commercial partnership offerings
- Work alongside the Product Team to define future roadmap and program features, developing requirements and outcomes
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Subscription teams to align partnership offerings with business, financial, and product goals
- Responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives and assets
- Develops and maintains relationships with top decision-makers in new and existing accounts.
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining global sales system improvements; and implementing change.
- Meets domestic sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; and scheduling expenditures.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the Territory in support of global objectives.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; and maintaining personal networks.
- Completes detailed customer profiles and plans.
- Acquires a detailed understanding of Freemotion products and their benefits to end-users.
- Understands the key facility enhancement our products provide to improve the member experience.
- Identifies prospective customers from a variety of sources (trade shows, marketing, business directories, etc.).
- Prepares and presents sales proposals to key customers (including price quotations, credit terms, delivery, service, and leasing options).
- Attends designated trade shows, cultivates client relationships, and represents Freemotion in a professional manner.
- Education and Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any related field.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Must maintain a current auto insurance policy.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce, or other CRM.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with Google applications
