Job Summary: The Office Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office tasks while contributing to the firm’s marketing efforts. They will serve as a point of delegation between the firm’s managing partner and office manager. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in creating and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable juggling administrative and marketing tasks. This job is an entry-level position that will require a hunger to learn to and grow with the firm. A successful candidate can expect to grow with the firm, expand their responsibilities, and master the back-end business aspects of a personal injury firm with the help and support of the managing partner and office manager. Responsibilities: Office Administration: • Manage daily office operations, including sorting all incoming mail, greeting office guests, and organizing files. • Maintain office supplies and ensure office spaces are organized and functional. • Perform routine office care activities such as unloading the dishwasher and restocking bathroom supplies. • Coordinate internal events and meetings as needed. • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff as required. • Answer phone calls that overflow from Reception. • Backup intake specialists during the beginning stages of a new potential case Marketing Support: • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation. • Help maintain and update the firm’s website and social media profiles, including assisting with blog posts and settlement / verdict announcements. • Coordinate with external vendors for marketing materials (e.g., printers, designers). • Track and report on marketing performance using basic metrics and analytics tool such as leads data from call-tracking, website traffic, or ROI on individual marketing campaigns. • Assist with data entry projects. • Establish and nurture community outreach programs that connect Dormer Harpring to relevant causes in the Denver community • Help marketing team achieve quarterly goals such as number of signed cases, number of new client referrals in/out, number of google reviews, etc Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms. • Familiarity with office software (e.g., FileVine, LeadDocket, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite) and marketing tools (Canva, Levitate, Meta) is a plus, but not required. • Comfort with learning new software is necessary. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team. • Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role is preferred but not required. • Must be local to Denver because in-office presence will be required for a significant portion of hours worked. This role is hybrid as opposed to fully remote. Candidates should expect to be in-office for the majority of their early career with the firm while they learn. Compensation: $40,000-$55,000
