Objective & PurposeWe are seeking a highly organized, strategic and detail-oriented individual to join our field marketing team as the Campaign Planning and Strategic Programs Manager. The role will be responsible for orchestrating demand generation campaigns and planning across NA Field Marketing to maximize execution excellence, process efficiencies, cross-team collaboration and campaign ROI. The individual in this role will also lead strategic programs which provide lift and support to SAP’s GTM priorities (i.e. suite-first, expand net new buying centers and accounts) and campaign execution across the entire NA Field Marketing team, through vendor execution and central resourcing models. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee campaign tracking and effectiveness for the NA Field Marketing (NAFM) team. Maintain reports on campaign plans, milestones, forecasts, and performance. Develop and maintain processes to measure campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to the NA CMO and stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration between LoB marketing planning teams in support of integrated plans to position SAP’s suite-first strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and organize key projects that enhance efficiency, performance, and collaboration. Own and manage relationships with vendors to optimize centralized and outsourced execution support across the field marketing team. Manage and develop centralized campaigns aligned to strategic priorities to drive incremental demand across the NA marketing plan. Ensure projects align with the marketing strategy and are delivered on time and within budget. Establish performance management processes to track individual and team success. Work with marketing leadership to develop KPIs for tracking field marketing success. Serve as the point of contact for project management and campaign execution queries within the field marketing team. Analyze NAFM performance and provide insights for optimization. Act as a ‘super user’ in SAP planning and execution systems (MSRC, SAC Planning tool, Sapphire WEG system) for accurate data maintenance. Report to the NA Field Activation and Strategic Programs lead in partnership with the NA Business Strategy and Operations lead. Qualities and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 5-10 years of project management or PMO experience, preferably in field marketing. Strong understanding of campaign tracking and effectiveness measurement. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in performance management processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99,000 - 216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
