Pulmonary / Critical Care - Private Practice Opportunity

HonorHealth, Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ, United States

Pulmonary & Critical Care Position

Private Practice – Partnership Track

Scottsdale, Arizona

Private medical practice located in fabulous old town Scottsdale is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary and Critical Care physician interested in joining an established group of nine physicians.  The group has had roots in the community for over thirty years.    The desired candidate will enjoy all aspects of critical care, in-patient pulmonary consultation, and out-patient clinic.

Both the clinic and hospital services are located within one hospital campus,  HonorHealth Osborn Medical Center, a 334-bed hospital.  The ICU is closed model where the Pulmonary & Critical Care physicians are the admitting service.  On average, the physician will cover 7-8 shifts per month.   The group has two nocturnist which significantly reduces the number of night shifts required.

The in-patient and out-patient pulmonary practice provides physicians the opportunity to build a robust practice with unlimited earnings.  The area is experiencing rapid growth and because this group has been an anchor part of the community, this group is in high demand.  The physicians in this group are also actively involved in many hospital committees including Past President of Osborn Medical Staff.  The close collaboration with the hospital provides the foundation for physicians to practice in a positive environment.

The physicians and HonorHealth are committed to iCARE values:  Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empathy.   The hospital is a MAGNET Recognized Program which is a prestigious award which is the gold standard of nursing excellence.  This  enables HonorHealth to hire and retain excellent staff with no travelers.   Being surrounded by a team of continual learners ensures the best outcomes and positive culture for physicians to thrive.
