Leidos Dynetics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The ME Manager will report directly to the Site Leader and be responsible for multiple programs. Volume varies from prototypes to more mature programs moving toward full rate production.

As part of the site leadership team, the Manufacturing Engineer Manager will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team to support our nations war fighters. Agility, flexibility, and creativity will be necessary to successfully navigate simultaneous engineering and production. Responsibilities include:

Pay Range: Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00

Primary Responsibilities
As part of the site leadership team, the Manufacturing Engineer Manager will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team to support our nations war fighters. Agility, flexibility, and creativity will be necessary to successfully navigate simultaneous engineering and production. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain staff at skill level to support all programs.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering to maintain awareness of expected engineering changes.
- Plan and Maintain Production flow through MRP system, including change management and make/buy designation.
- Create and maintain work instructions using Solumina software.
- Ensure smooth transition of MBOM to Material Planning team.
- Support concurrent engineering on new designs with Design agent at off-site location (travel).
- Maintain department performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Deltek Costpoint experience.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and must possess and maintain a Final Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Manufacturing Manager experience.
- Solumina Manufacturing Execution experience.
