Avera is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera's patient-focused settings. Position Highlights: * May be eligible for $10,000 sign-on bonus, which is paid out over 24 months! * Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1! * Options for Free Health Insurance! * Provide treatment to patients as they come for outpatient services in the therapy department. * Able to work in a variety of areas including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, outpatient adult. * Avera St. Mary's Named Top 20 Rural Community Hospitals Job Summary * The Physical Therapist is responsible for administering the application of Physical Therapy treatments through supervision, instruction and actual patient treatment. Education and/or Experience * Graduate of CAPTE approved School of Physical Therapy. * Current licensure from the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners. * Continuing education program credits are preferred. * Clinical internship. * Experience as a licensed physical therapist of one year is preferred but not required. Work Schedule * 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks * Occasional weekends & holidays Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
