Radiology - Musculoskeletal Physician

Job Description: * Looking for full time provider M-F 8a-5p. * The candidate will join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized radiologists supporting clinical services across Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, MacNeal Hospital, and associated ambulatory care centers. * Candidates must be Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK) * Exhibit strong clinical skills to work effectively and efficiently across the full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging. * This is an on-site position with participation in interventional procedures including MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsy * Practice setting is hospital-based * Average Number of Cases Per Day: Mix plain film and cross sectional. 110 xrays, 20 MRIs/CT/Ultrasound * Trauma Level/Designation: Loyola = Trauma 1, MNH and GMH = Trauma 2 * Number of Radiologists in Practice: Specific to MSK is 4.8 FTEs, in department 41 FTE * Client will now consider both on-site and remote candidates. * Patient Age Demographic: All ages, but pediatrics not required * There are opportunities for clinical and translational research if interested. * EMR: Epic, Powerscribe 360, Interad PACs, Softek Illuminate * Credentialing timeline: usually 2-3 months (depends on if physician has IL license in hand or not * Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED * Fellowship-Trained in MSK Radiology - REQUIRED * Active IL license or already in process - Required * BLS - REQUIRED * State experience with procedures: MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsy - REQUIRED
