Marketing Program Manager
This position provides independent direction in the initiation, implementation and management of projects and programs. This position performs operational duties in support of the Membership Marketing teams, including management of budgets and Special Projects including Membership Collateral. This position follows a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and two-days remotely.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$94,900.00 - $126,500.00

This position provides independent direction in the initiation, implementation and management of projects and programs. This position performs operational duties in support of the Membership Marketing teams, including management of budgets and Special Projects including Membership Collateral. Responsibilities to include:
- Development and preparation of annual budgets, goals, and objectives. Provide monthly forecasting, effective budget updates and budget reconciliation. Prepare invoices for payment.
- Constructs and manages marketing budgets and forecasts in excess of $1 million.
- Develop and maintain budget tracking/reporting for various vendors and contract purchase agreements.
- Participate in budget meetings and other meetings as required. May initiate and coordinate written and oral communication between internal partners and vendors.
- Ensure planning team is aware of budget activities and potential impact to overall markets approved budgets.
- Manage vendor, agencies, and internal partner relationships.
- Identify and integrate continuous improvement components to increase efficiencies as needed.
- Participate in Membership Refinement meetings with various departments to ensure Marketing program operational needs are met.
- Lead Special Projects such as the Membership Card redesign launch, Membership Bill and Welcome Kit redesign.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Qualifications:
- 4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years Supervisory Preferred
- Ability to lead and present to marketing executives.
- Budget/finance administration and project coordination experience preferred.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with Marketing budgets including media plans preferred.
- Proven project management experience essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.
- The candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively to meet key program deadlines on a consistent basis.
