We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager with a strong background in copywriting to join our Brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and an in-depth understanding of marketing copywriting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and messaging of our brand across multiple platforms.

Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overall short-term and long-term marketing targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
- Create and publish engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
- Optimize content according to SEO standards and Google analytics.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Write compelling and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content that drives conversions and brand awareness.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring clarity, tone, and style align with brand guidelines.
Content Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content initiatives.
- Continuously optimize content based on performance analytics, SEO best practices, and emerging trends.
Team Collaboration:
- Works closely with the marketing and brand teams to align content efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead content brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table and encouraging creative input from the team.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Qalifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role within a marketing environment.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing marketing copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Experience with content development for B2B or B2C industries.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
