Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our American Consumer Credit Counseling team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand's presence, enhance engagement with our audience, and significantly increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing and a flair for forging productive affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies: Craft, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans that effectively utilize PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, content development, and YouTube to target and captivate our audience.
  • Brand Awareness and Conversion Rate Optimization: Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage potential clients, and enhance conversion rates through targeted campaigns and content strategies.
  • Social Media and Content Development: Oversee and optimize our presence on social media platforms and our YouTube channel, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with our marketing objectives. Develop and implement content strategies that attract and retain our target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the effectiveness of different channels and strategies. Use insights to inform future marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with the company's overall objectives. Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing management, including partner recruitment and relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to marketing.
