We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager of Sales Enablement to support our Milan 2026 Olympics project. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing targeted enablement strategies to drive the performance and productivity of our sales team focused on the Olympics. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role requires a proactive leader with a passion for developing training programs, sales tools, and process optimizations that foster sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement to develop and execute enablement strategies aligned with the objectives of the Milan 2026 Olympics project.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding materials to elevate the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Sales Playbooks and Resources: Create, maintain, and update sales playbooks, scripts, email templates, and presentation materials tailored to the Olympics sales process.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows and improve efficiency, working closely with sales leadership to enhance the sales process.
  • Sales Technology and Tools: Support the adoption and effective use of CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and other technologies used by the sales team.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Content Management: Maintain an organized library of enablement materials, including competitive information, product knowledge, and case studies relevant to the Olympics project.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a champion for the sales team and work with the product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the alignment of sales enablement activities with project objectives and product updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of learning within the sales team by introducing best practices, providing coaching and small group training, and promoting knowledge sharing.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience in Sales Enablement or related fields.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Italian language skills would be an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute training programs, create sales resources, and optimize sales processes.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project-specific goals.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and performance analysis to provide actionable insights.
