This position requires an extremely organized, hard working, detail orientated sales coordinator with industry experience within corporate partnerships or sponsorship role. The position requires client facing responsibilities, transactional experience, proficiency in sales support tools and focus on organization and driving revenue. This role will be responsible for overseeing support for our entire sales team and acting as a central resource to assist with revenue success and overall client satisfaction. The position represents one of the key functions responsible for helping the organization meet its financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients and premium package buyers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILTIES Primary Responsibilities Manage Salesforce system data entry and account management Manage TPS system bookings when needed for the sales team Manage all aspects of service against premium sales accounts; invoicing, renewal service, parking add-ons, suite menus, and beyond. Track sales team wire payments, provide invoices and custom term agreements Liase with Legal on contract templates for premium products; Super Bowl, NCAA, Masters Assist VP of sales with rightsholder products and assets Build and maintain effective business relationship with top tier clientele Work with EVP and SVP on ticket inventory and client program development Oversee Sales Team fulfillment for each major event, work directly with Director of Fulfillment to ensure all necessary detail is completed and aligned for a successful event Review and monitor all event based deliverables to our highest end client base Serve as primary and key communicator internally on behalf of the sales department. Liase daily with internal business units; hotel team, event operations team, ticket team, legal, finance, fulfillment and customer service. This is integral to the role. Develop and assist sales leadership to build presentations, pitch decks and client follow ups. Actively monitor inbound corporate leads via email and phone Manage client daily communication and activity Salesforce management for premium sales accounts Create rightsholder "Know Before You Go" communications Process all orders for agency sales Sales will be driven through pro-active prospecting activities including, but not limited to, outbound phone calls, emails, sales-related events and meetings. The candidate will be required to achieve departmental and team sales goals on a to be determined cadence.
