Our team is looking for a Sr Structural Liaison Engineer to join them. You will report to the Technical Director and will have an Onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.

To be considered for the Sr. Structural Liaison opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 10 Years of experience of structural liaison/aircraft repair/MRB experience
  • Experience required in aircraft design/ engineering liaison / MRB experience and related works.
  • Familiar with Aircraft OEM documents - SRM, AMM, WDM, IPC, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, CMM's.
  • Knowledge of FAA regulatory and certification requirements.


As a Sr. Structural Liaison Engineer you will:
  • Primary contact to liaise with customers over the phone, or in-person or via email, regarding structural questions, repairs or modifications.
  • In conjunction with other personnel as needed, generate structural repair and modification documents, coordinate company and FAA approval, and transmits data to the customers.
  • Responsible for billing, Purchase Orders, cost tracking on repairs and modifications run through the Liaison group.
  • Support the Structural Repair Manual process, including creating/reviewing revisions, adding changes, and provide customer support.
  • Dispositions MRB documents; coordinates, works out and tracks RFC's, LAR's, and BOM requests.
  • Investigates and resolves all production/ manufacturing related problems. Incorporates E.O.'s and drawings as required. Coordinates with Design Group changes.
  • Coordinates with tooling, quality assurance, manufacturing and engineering to resolve technical issues. Assists manufacturing and production by providing technical solutions to structural problems which arise in the shop during fabrication and assembly operations.
  • Track airline operators, repairs, modifications, via company online software.
  • Provides input to and updates to engineering manuals as required.
