Your daily life:
The Business Partner, Talent & Culture contributes to all human resources efforts and programs for the company and provides an advisory role to employees and managers. Reporting directly to the Business Partnerships Manager, Talent & Culture, the Business Partner intervenes at different decision-making levels and participates talent & culture. As Eddyfi Technologies has several subsidiaries abroad, the holder of this position must have an interest in working and evolving in an international context.

In this role, you will:

Business partnership
  • Act as a business partner by working strategically with the management team, employees, and managers.
  • Support managers through coaching in their relationships with their employees and advise them on legal obligations, internal policies and human resources management (employee engagement, talent management, recognition, disciplinary measures, absence management, etc.).
  • Establish constant and regular reciprocal communication with client groups.
  • Support the development of global talent & culture programs, including consultation, communication and change management.
  • Support the implementation of various talent & culture processes and programs in order to maintain Eddyfi Technologies' status as an employer of choice.
  • Work closely with other talent & culture professionals globally on various projects.
  • Advise managers on their workforce planning, departmental structure and succession plans.
  • Regularly monitor talent & culture indicators and propose appropriate solutions based on the results.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations situations, including conducting investigations when required.
  • Promote Eddyfi values and culture.

Local Management
  • Ensure local recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Identification and management of mandatory and regulatory training needs.
  • Management of social relations with the CSE, organization of professional elections

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including talent management, engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation and legal compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or equivalent.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to think strategically in complex situations.
  • Strong ability to work in a team and build good working relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, autonomous, passionate.
  • Discretion, listening skills and tact.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of local legislation.


You Will Be Offered:
  • Three weeks' minimum vacation upon hire.
