Builds, leads and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile team. Manages product feature deliveries through their entire SDLC. Coaches the team, removes impediments, and builds team psychological safety. Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on deliverables. Engages in prioritization discussions with stakeholders on team backlog. Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders. Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule and quality. Improves and documents team processes, updates deliverables status. Identifies gaps, issues, risks, missing details in requirements and deliverables. Translates technical concepts to non-technical people. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills; working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Excel, Word. 7 years of of experience in a related role.
