Contract Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project delivery and program management of all software development and integration projects that align to our global Keys and Certificates products. Drive an enterprise-level program and underlying projects according to the established product life cycle including proposal, investigation, development, test and launch/delivery. Demonstrated ability to work across disparate organizational boundaries to accomplish common objectives. Create comprehensive plans across multiple engineering and product work-streams, coordinate dependencies and deliverables, track progress against plan, identify risks, help drive issues to closure, communicate status, and ensure quality goals are met. Lead planning phase activities including driving refinement of requirements. Drive end-to-end buy vs build analysis and project implementation collaborating with product, development, QA and release engineering teams. Drive sprint-planning sessions, act as a scrum master, and arbitrate between product owners and scrum team members as appropriate. Work with engineering and project managers to ensure that project milestones, resources, and status are kept up to date in the corporate standard Planview tool and engineering tool Jira. Develop executive-level presentation materials as appropriate, working with key stakeholders. Understand business roadmap and be able to link projects. Understand capacity and resource utilization, and facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions with engineering and product managers. Provide input to head of CE PMO to facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions across CE. Team lead for other project managers and personnel either directly or indirectly, as necessary. Contribute towards improving project and program management processes for both media and commerce enablement as necessary. Work closely with the product management, operations, finance, supply chain and other non-engineering teams to launch products and projects as appropriate. Qualifications:

10+ years in a program and project management role managing global software development projects with solution engineering teams. Experience with data security, key management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Solid understanding of security, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptography. Significant experience with technology development, in both hosted/cloud models as well as implementations in data centers. Expert in executing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experienced at leading both software development programs and projects, with plans that include both engineering deliverables and business work-streams to launch products. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated technical aptitude to understand, question and organize technical topics and translate them into business terms. Demonstrated business savvy and focus as a broad-based analyst able to understand, question and organize topics related to strategy, markets, ROI, business cases, etc. Demonstrated knowledge in technology lifecycle processes (SDLC, agile, waterfall, etc.). Industry experience with payments, hardware devices desired. Experience with Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint desired. BA/BS or higher degree in related field, with engineering or computer science is desired. Additional preferred qualifications: Project Management Profession (PMP) certification.
