About the Job:

The HR Delivery Manager is responsible for managing various HR projects, initiatives, and programs primarily within HR service deliveries area. This role involves collaborating with HRBPs, HR CoEs, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to execute projects related to areas such as HR systems/applications implementation and optimization, HR process improvements, change management etc. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, HR domain knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully drive and deliver assigned initiatives.

In your future role as HR Delivery Manager you will:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Monitor project progress, analyze key performance indicators, and provide status reports to stakeholders
  • Engage with HR leaders, business partners, and external vendors to gather requirements, provide updates, and address project-related concerns
  • Drive change management efforts for HR initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption of new processes or systems
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with HR best practices and organizational policies
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal standards, including SOX requirements if applicable
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and practices through project work


We believe you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and compliance considerations
  • Experience managing projects within HR or related functions is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, analyze complex situations, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the VP HR APAC and M&A.
