Coverage Needed * On Call Daily * 12/9/2024 7am - 5pm 12/12/2024 * 12/19/2024 5pm - 5pm 1/3/2025 * 1/16/2025 5pm - 5pm 2/6/2025 Clinical Details * Hospital setting * 18 outpatients/20 scopes per day * Onsite lab & xray Requirements * Board Certified * ACLS * Active MI license * or IMLC (dates of availability/need must be 60+ days out and must be able to provide LOQ for IMLC) * CSR, DEA * Clean background with no actions (minimum malpractice is ok) * All candidates should have prior experience (completed fellowship with minimum of 2-3 years of experience) * Covid vaccine Support Staff * 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at the hospital EMR * Cerner
