Nurse Practitioner - Canby, OR

Pacific Medical Group - Canby, of Praxis Health, has been a pillar in the community, providing care to multiple generations of families for the last 50 years! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our small but collegial team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns, perform thorough examinations to diagnose medical issues and prescribe medication or create a treatment plan when necessary. We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical problems. We are looking for a NP who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.

• Compensation: base salary plus production
• $120,000 - $180,000/year

Qualifications Needed:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum 2 years experience in Internal or Family Medicine
