Director of Production
to assist our Unette facility in Randolph, NJ. This role will direct and manage all day-to-day and strategic activities on our shop floor, including Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance, as well as projects related to Process & Equipment Engineering. This is a key leadership role that will report to the Sr. Vice President and help to drive efficiency at Unette to the next level! This role will have 3-5 Direct Reports and will lead a total team of about 100 employees across 2 shifts. Target pay is $130k-$160k annually, plus bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, STD/LTD, paid Vac/Holidays. Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience leading and developing teams in a regulatory (FDA, cGMP) manufacturing environment is required and is the essence of the role. Bachelor’s degree is required. A technical degree in Engineering or related is preferred. An ideal candidate would also have experience in the following:
Contract Manufacturing Health & Beauty Packaging or Pharmaceutical Packaging Liquid Fill equipment
Spanish language skills would be beneficial. No relocation will be provided to candidates for this role. About Unette & Praxis Packaging
