About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Finance to be a key player in shaping our financial strategies. You will oversee comprehensive accounting and financial operations, provide inspirational leadership to our finance team, and collaborate closely with the US President and General Manager. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial data, developing fiscal management strategies, and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations, especially those related to US government contracting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least 5 years of financial management experience in a thriving aviation and defense environment. A robust background in cost accounting standards, project costing, and expertise in financial systems such as Deltek Costpoint ERP is essential. While a Master's degree and CPA designation are preferred, they are not mandatory. You should be skilled in leading teams, including remote personnel, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Experience with US government contracting, particularly with DCAA and DCMA audit exposure, is highly valued. A background in M&A finance and private equity will be a plus.
