LSSI is hiring aBilingual Mental Health Clinician.Work scheduled hours:full time (40 hours per week) in a hybrid model. Saturdays and some evenings are required.Provide therapy tochildren, adolescents and adults in need of individual, group, couples and family therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities.

Essential Functions:
- Meets financial productivity requirement as set by agency.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Complete all documentation per Rule 132/140 agency requirements.
- Adherence to ethical standards of treatment.
- Facilitate community access for/with members.
- Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V Diagnostic Criteria.
- Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings, take lead in staff development around clinical issues and how it impacts practice.
- Demonstrate a culturally competent treatment approach to the client population, - meet financial productivity targets.
- Trained and demonstrates proficiency in Electronic Health Record/certification IM CANS.
Position Qualifications:
- MA/MSW required, LCPC/LCSW preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- Competency in computers required.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
