Description Specialization: Cardiology Heart Failure and Transplant Job Summary: Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist needed to establish and grow heart failure services at level II trauma center in Portsmouth, NH to support development of a comprehensive Heart Failure evaluation and management program.
