Job Summary: Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist needed to establish and grow heart failure services at level II trauma center in Portsmouth, NH to support development of a comprehensive Heart Failure evaluation and management program.
Qualified Candidates:
Board certification in Cardiology and Board certification/eligibility following Fellowship Training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration Physician will serve as a member of the Mechanical Circulatory Support program and various heart failure initiatives Will work in close collaboration with regional transplant referral programs Incentive/Benefits Package:
