  • Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure growth and development of each member of the sales team
  • Remain up-to-date on all ACBJ products and solutions, ABJ content, media industry trends and market trends affecting our clients
  • Cultivate relationships within the business community through consistent networking and attendance at all ABJ events
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all colleagues, department managers and corporate teams


  • Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of strategic relationships
  • Strong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels
  • Sales management experience preferred
  • College degree or comparable work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Well versed in a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
