- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals and other key performance metrics
- Create and manage a strategic planning process to achieve revenue budgets and develop new revenue opportunities
- Cultivate a team-minded sales environment with high activity, outstanding customer service and strong revenue results
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce
- Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure growth and development of each member of the sales team
- Remain up-to-date on all ACBJ products and solutions, ABJ content, media industry trends and market trends affecting our clients
- Cultivate relationships within the business community through consistent networking and attendance at all ABJ events
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all colleagues, department managers and corporate teams
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of strategic relationships
- Strong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels
- Sales management experience preferred
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools like Salesforce
- Well versed in a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
