About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in the company's growth and financial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a range of finance operations, including FP&A, reporting, accounting, billing, collections, and budgeting. This role demands a strategic financial leader with a strong analytical background, capable of building and implementing scalable financial processes to optimize efficiency. The Head of Finance will also be a critical partner to various departments, supporting senior leadership in sales and marketing, and ensuring that the financial engine of the company is running efficiently as it scales. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in finance, with a focus on both accounting and FP&A. Experience in Series A/B startups and a background that combines startup and more established company experience are essential. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights from financial data. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, a master of financial tools, and have a proven track record of managing a finance team to meet key deliverables. The Head of Finance will also be expected to work closely with executive leadership, drive performance metrics, and ensure that financial processes are optimized for a growing customer base.
