What You Will Get To Do:
- Provide coaching, training and leadership as necessary to the Investor Services team
- Main point of contact for investors to ensure overall client/investor satisfaction within the team
- Act as an escalation point and problem solver for the team, ensuring action plans are implemented in case of any service issues
- Collaborate on internal project initiatives, including technology and operational initiatives
- Develop culture of continuous efficiency improvements resulting in increased capacity
- Act as a subject matter expert for Investor Services questions and issues
- Provide periodic reports and feedback to senior management on a multitude of Investor Services topics, client issues, and department initiatives.
- Interact daily with other departments and counterparts to prevent/resolve issues
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, similar field or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years' experience in Investor Services or related field (financial services/fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis) and a strong familiarity with the workings of the capital markets
- Strong knowledge of Fund Structures and all aspects of the services provided by an Investor Services Department
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executives
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC compliance
- Excellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilities
- Must be willing to work on site in Bellevue office at least 6 days/month
