Job Title: Investor Services Supervisor
Locations: Hybrid - Kansas City, MO - 6 days per month in office.

The Investor Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of contact center representatives. As a supervisor, you will aid in the satisfaction and overall experiences our clients have with our organization. You will be the frontline and voice of our clients by supervising a team of associates who job responsibilities are to answer calls from investors and advisors efficiently and accurately.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Communicate organizational messages from upper management to the team and vice versa; ensure understanding and commitment towards organizational and division goals.
- Complete regular one on one performance discussions and annual reviews.
- Work closely with other supervisors and managers to prepare for client meetings and other activities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Motivate employees and create solutions to increase employee morale and satisfaction. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures; undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Understands daily shareholder/participant requests and knows what is needed in order to complete those requests/inquiries.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of financial services industry preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of transfer agency operations policies, procedures and legals.
- Leadership skills utilized to effectively monitor and develop subordinates to ensure smooth operations of department, including training, evaluation and communication of expectations, requirements and results, and ensuring implementation and consistent application of corporate policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Decision making, prioritization and delegation skills are required to effectively manage daily operations. Planning and goal setting skills are required to ensure highest client service levels are provided.
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to present, discuss and advise client(s), subordinates, upper management and other internal departments. Presentation skills are required to participate in client visits and presentations.
