With annual sales of 11.5+ billion dollars in 2022, our commitment to quality, innovation, and the environment as well as putting our customer’s needs first, encompasses why Sika is the global leader in our industries.Job DescriptionRegional Manager is responsible for the designated area of the Trans A&M business unit of Sika Trans A&M.  The Regional Manager drives the new sales business and manages the area managers in the “Region South” leading key role in the company’s top and bottom line.Specific Responsibilities:           Lead area managers in “Region South” executing business unit Trans A&M strategies for profitable growth.Identify, develop, implement and monitor strategy for the defined region of Trans A&M in order to assure the achievement of objectives.Achieve new booked business target annually confirmed through written specification or purchase order.Partner with local and international distribution partners to leverage global and local solutions for the Trans A&M Business Unit.Manage regional management team in a way that promotes a safe and efficient implementation while maximizing the technical and economic performance for the Trans A&M business unit.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and other reports to VP Trans A&MEnhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.QualificationsRequires minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, Marketing, etc.)Minimum five years in management experienceMust have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills along with excellent oral and written communication skillsRequires excellent analytical and quantitative skills; technical sales skills a plus a proven track record of successful sales, creativity, innovation, and leadershipAdditional InformationCompetitive Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k with company match, year-end profit-sharing bonus, paid time off, and paid holidays.
