Make It Possible.Responsible for NA Supply Chain data management and governance, including architecture, technical design and end-to-end solution enabling data analytics.You will lead a team data engineers and data architect focused on investigating, analyzing and scoping data requirements to support the development of data integration, data retrieval and reusable data sets.Partner with technical/functional teams to understand business goals and initiatives and formulate plans to achieve desired outcomes.Support MSC data requirements to help implement enterprise data hub ; understanding data assets and the relationships among them, investigate, analyze and scope data requirements to support the development.Act as the liaison for digital transformation projects and business units needing direction with digital data transformation.Understand advanced methods of data acquisition for multiple types of data sources.Have cross-functional understanding to create reusable data assetsUnderstand details of data structures and associated componentsContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in implementation methodologies, tools, and frameworks.Monitor current and future trends in technology which will positively affect organizational decisionsKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to enable and enhance the enterprise data hub strategy and execute the data & analytics agenda.Support technical/functional teams to implement enterprise data hub.Manages, governs and leads development and implementation of interim data solution and coordinates CI activates to optimize.Develop and implement best practices for data discovery, ingestion, storage, automation/retrieval and develop reusable data products and drive adoption.Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what data enablement will deliver.Manage existing technical solutions.
