You will be working closely with team members across domains with deep technical skills and passion for clean energy.Join us in:Bringing large volumes of data from wind, solar, storage sites to cloudBuilding an Asset Performance Management and Predictive Analytics platform for energy assetsArchitecting scalable data ETL, MLOps pipelines, data ingestion and workflows Work closely with delivery engineering team for successful hand-off of with detailed documentation of ETL and customer workflow You Will:Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance backend systems using Python/DjangoWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, following TDD (Test-Driven Development) principlesCollaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicImplement secure RESTful APIs and manage microservices architectureOptimize backend applications for maximum performance and scalabilityImplement and manage containerized applications using DockerWork with MLOps pipelines, integrating machine learning models into production environmentsParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share best practicesAssist in collecting and documenting user requirements, developing user stories and estimatesProvide technical support for backend systems and applicationsYou'll Have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience6+ years of experience in backend development with Python/DjangoStrong understanding of building REST APIs and web services using Django/DRF, Flask or similar frameworksExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), including deploying and scaling servicesFamiliarity with MLOps practices, managing machine learning models in production environmentsStrong knowledge of Docker and containerized development workflowsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsExposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deploymentLocation: Austin TX, Pleasanton CA Pay Range: $110,000 - $200,000 base salary.
