A health system is seeking a pediatric hospitalist for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in southern Alabama. This position requires an Alabama license and offers both day (7 AM - 7 PM) and night (7 PM - 7 AM) shifts. The role involves patient rounding, admissions, and code response, supported by a code team and ED, with an NP available for admissions. Family Practice and Internal Medicine-trained hospitalists are both accepted. The EMR system is Cerner, and candidates must have a CSR, DEA, and board certification. Full-time or a specific number of shifts may be accommodated.
