We are seeking a dynamic and We are looking for an experienced Director of Global Compensation to join our team and lead the development and execution of our global compensation strategy. The Director, Global Compensation will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation programs across our global operations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a dynamic and We are looking for an experienced Director of Global Compensation to join our team and lead the development and execution of our global compensation strategy. The Director, Global Compensation will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation programs across our global operations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in compensation practices, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support FDH Aero's business objectives in the EMEA, UK, and APAC regions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Develop and implement a global compensation strategy that aligns with company objectives and enhances our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Conduct regular market assessments to ensure competitive positioning in all operating regions
- Design, manage, and continuously improve base salary structures, variable pay programs, incentive plans, and executive compensation packages
- Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonus distributions, and equity awards
- Ensure global compensation programs are consistently applied and compliant with local laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain global compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand business needs and provide tailored compensation solutions
- Present compensation proposals and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Analyze compensation data and trends to inform decision-making and maintain market competitiveness
- Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations on compensation metrics, outcomes, and insights
- Lead compensation-related projects, including system implementations, job evaluations, and participation in compensation surveys
- Manage external compensation consultants and vendors to ensure effective project execution and alignment with company goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP) preferred
- Proven 10+ years of experience in compensation management
- Least 5 years in an HR leadership role overseeing global compensation programs
- Experience with HR systems, integrations, and mergers and acquisitions
- Previous experience overseeing and leading HR teams
- Previous experience with HR softwares, ADP knowledge preferred
- Possesses relevant local certifications within their specific trade or industry preferred (CIPD, CPHR etc)
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and change management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in EMEA, UK, and APAC
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
- Exceptional project and process management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) including Outlook
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as required
