Assistant Procurement Coordinator, Department of Mechanical Engineering

Assist faculty and research assistants with the ordering of parts and materials for research programs with the Walker Department of Mechanical Engineering which may include coordinating with vendors on quotes to process standard purchase orders for each group.Responsible for all departmental voucher payment processes (VP1, VP2, VPE, VT5) and wire transfers.Provide other procurement processing for the department as needed. Process procurement-related documents affiliated with purchases, including purchase orders via UT Market, Point Plus, and Procard.Other duties as assigned.
