Overview

As an HR Subject Matter Expert at CTIS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with our organizational goals. Leveraging your extensive HR knowledge, SHRM certification, and experience with key HR technologies like iCIMS ATS and ADP, you will drive HR initiatives, improve HR functions, and serve as a key advisor on complex HR issues. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to apply them creatively within our organizational context.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead expert on various HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Advise management and staff on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and effective solutions to complex HR issues.
  • Lead HR projects, including the implementation of new HR systems, processes, or programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of HR metrics and data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess HR needs, develop strategies to address those needs, and support the overall growth and development of the company's workforce.
  • Stay abreast of the latest HR trends, laws, and best practices to continually enhance the HR function and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to build HR competencies within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is required.
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role or as an HR subject matter expert.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a results-oriented approach to HR practices.
  • Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ADP is required, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging these platforms for recruitment, payroll, and HR management processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
